Baking Class Online

This fall the Museum is offering two different baking classes held both in person and online. In October we will learn how to bake Swedish Cheesecake and in November we will prepare for the holidays by baking Swedish traditional holiday cookies. The Swedish Cheesecake is very different from the one we can get here in the US. The texture is different, it has a subtle taste of almond and its often served warm with jam.
