This spring we are back to cooking after a winter of baking classes. Two classes are offered per month with both classes teaching the same recipe so only sign up for one class per month. You can join in to watch, take notes and ask questions or cook along as you will get the recipe before the event. In May we are starting to prepare for summer by learning to make Västerbottenpaj, Skagenröra and Rulltårta. A Cheese Quiche, Shrimp Salad and Swiss Roll. For the Västerbottenpaj we suggest you use Prästost or XO Prästost that can be found in the Museum Store, or any other strong cheese.
Classes are $10 for members and $15 for non-members.
