#HireTransNow - Session #1 

Bring inclusion and diversity to your membership and district businesses. #HireTransNow is creating a committee to advocate for and uplift our transgender and nonbinary community members. Make sure to attend this event to be part of the process of creating a more inclusive future. 

In this session, we will: 

• Hear from leading advocates within our community to discuss how to uplift our transgender and nonbinary workers 

• Interact with fellow community members on how to actively make the change within your businesses 

• Assist in the outreach of #HireTransNow to more individuals and businesses

• Grow your own knowledge of supporting transgender and nonbinary folx 

• Optional homework will be given to explore during Session 2
