What is Self-Defense - 90 minutes
Through activities and exercises, this workshop raises participants' awareness of basic safety principles and tools. In addition, participants have an opportunity to see what self-defense is by using their voices, using physical techniques, and striking a handheld target.

This is a free workshop open to anyone over the age of 12. Space is limited and capacity will be capped at 30 participants to ensure each person receives as much attention as possible - please reach out to Claire Anderson ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) as soon as possible to reserve a space.
