Over 20 years of research originating at Harvard University Medical Center shows that training in mindfulness can positively impact:
Mental focus and concentration  
Creativity and problem solving     
Emotion management, and 
Health and resiliency  
In this class, we will learn and practice several forms of meditation, as well as integrate it into our daily lives.  

Thursdays, 5:30-8pm, 8 weeks, and one full day (9-4) meditation retreat, date to be determined by the group's schedule.
