This Sexual Harassment Prevention Training is presented by Chamber Member Terrie L. Culver of Terrie L. Culver & Associates, LLC. A Zoom invitation will be sent to registrants the morning of the event.
This seminar is targeted for employers, and not employees. It is simply an overview of the employer’s responsibilities under the new Illinois law requiring Sexual Harassment Training to all employees regardless of status or number, explanation of the Training materials provided by the Illinois Department of Human Rights, proactive measures to be taken by employers, explanation of possible claims, examples, cases, etc. The seminar is not intended to replace the actual training program that each employer is required to conduct and provide to its employees. Q&A will be available at the end of the seminar.
For frequently asked questions and training resources, please visit the IDHR website here.
Materials will be provided to help with trainings in Spanish.
