Please join us! This Anti-Racist & Trans-Inclusive Customer Service Workshop will bring anti-racism to the forefront and support participants in re-imagining high-quality customer service interactions as inherently connected to anti-racist and trans-inclusive practice.

Our workshop facilitator, CTC, is prepared to demonstrate the seamless relationship between a
business' highest customer service hopes and these social justice aims, with pragmatic tools that help all attendees create more inclusive experiences for BIPOC and Trans* customers. CTC's interactive approach will help participants naturally link these historically disconnected topics and begin building more safe and inclusive spaces for BIPOC and Trans communities.

*Trans will be used as umbrella word for both transgender and non-binary people
