My clients have a variety of issues, including weight modification, food sensitivities/allergies, GI issues, autoimmune disorders, et al, as well as general health and wellness. In the fitness realm, I train clients for post-rehab, weight loss, weight training for performers, peri-menopausal and post menopausal athletes, and general fitness. I take an indivudualized approach to wellness, as each client has unique needs.
