Guests can get a culinary backstage pass via Tasting India’s bi monthly Indian Regional menus (sign up via the website!) and through Sheth’s line of artisanal, small batch Spice blends, Masala Chai and Cardamom Filter Coffee mixes.
''Spices without Borders'' showcases custom made versatile blends perfect for grilling, stir fry, stews and more! The line has been created to showcase the versatility of spices across cuisines, and Jasmine has drawn inspiration from her lineage and family (her grandfather was a spice giant in his day, so spices literally run in her blood!).
Through Tasting India, Sheth aims to shatter the stereotypes that have plagued Indian cuisine, showcasing the breadth of the cuisine beyond Butter Chicken and Naan, and to also help diners feel a sense of adventure in exploring different parts of the country through their palette! Woven together with her personal stories of growing up in India, experiencing all that Tasting India has to offer is like a rich cultural treasure hunt!
