Position Description
CMSS is hiring a full-time Care Partner to provide home care as part of our SASI Home Care program. SASI Care Partners assists older adults in their homes, providing support with personal care, medication reminders, overnight care, respite care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and escorting to appointments. SASI serves downtown Chicago and the North Side, as well as nearby suburbs including Skokie, Evanston, Morton Grove, Niles, Wilmette and Glenview.

Compensation: $17.51 per hour
Minimum Level of Education: High School
